When the pandemic struck, members discovered we could convene over Zoom. A weekly sketch-out was scheduled, beginning with 15 minutes to chat. We then signed off to draw or paint whatever we had collected from our gardens, walks in the woods or even our fridges. After 90 minutes, we re-grouped over Zoom for a show-and-tell and later loaded photos of our sketches on our group's shared photo site.

This approach worked so well, we've decided to continue using Zoom during the months when our gardens are covered in snow.
